Christmas Eve Shindig

I LOVE having Christmas Eve at my house. 2011 was the second time I got to host family, and I just love it! It lends itself SO easily to having those warm, cozy feelings, with good food, music, crisp air (no snow, thanks), and everyone on great behavior. ;-) This was a Larsen Christmas, and we ate it up. Quite literally. It was supposed to be a snacky dinner, but yeah. This is what we ended up with.

And that wasn't everything. But we hung out, listened to Christmas music, played with Loby's new train table, and watched National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Jolly 'Ol Time.

Gotta tell ya, he's a natural! We had Sooo much fun playing. We did it in the garage cuz it was raining and we just laughed and laughed. What a delight. :-) Travis definitely has coaching in his future!

Yesterday, after I put Loby's suit on, he pointed to himself and said, "Daddy Logan". Then I put my skirt on and he pointed to me and said, "Princess Mommy". <3 <3 Give that kid 5 and a half gold stars! :-)
